The role of the Parent/Guardian Association is to build and strengthen our community. This important work is done in a variety of ways such as organizing school events, supporting classroom activities, and recruiting and organizing volunteers to support the school. All current parents and guardians are members of the Parent Association.
At the helm of the Parent/Guardian Association is the Parent/Guardian Association Council (PAC), a core group of officers who coordinate these efforts. The 2017-18 PGAC officers are:

- Tina Knutson, Secretary
- Nicolette Hancock, Appreciations Officer
- Cindy Edwards, Ex-Officio
- Cynthia Conner, Ex-Officio
Room representatives also provide valuable leadership in the Parent/Guardian Association, working to build cohesive classroom communities and assisting in both classroom and school communications. This network of support extends to the many parents and guardians who volunteer their time and skills to strengthen our community and to help make The Little School a great place for kids and their families.
Funding for Parent/Guardian Association activities, including PGA Family Events and the PGA Grant program, is bolstered by retail revenue or passive fundraising.
