Big Future Truck Event

Come one, come all to the Big Future Truck Event on Saturday, February 8! From 10 a.m.-noon, we'll have a number of construction vehicles on campus, so you can get up close and learn about the equipment that is making big moves on our campus. We'll also have a food truck and lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy. As our Turnaround will be filled with trucks and fun, parking will be available nearby at the Buchan Building and Overlake Specialty School.

If you are able to help at the event – with setup, cleanup, at the welcome tent or one of the activities tents –  please email Becky.

Auction Procurement and Sponsorship Deadline

Donations from our families and our community is essential to making Once Upon a Time: The Little School auction a success and providing essential support for our students and our school. Need ideas? ​

  • Gift card to a restaurant or shop – even if it's partially used
  • A nice bottle of wine
  • Tickets to a movie, play or sporting event

Check out the Procurement Wish List for some other more ideas. Then download a procurement form or enter your donation online, check out the Procurement Guide and get started. The February 14 procurement deadline will be here sooner than you think!

Procurement forms and items can be brought to the Admin Building any time before the procurement deadline.

If you're interested in being an auction partner and helping to sponsor the auction, take a look at the Partnership Opportunities. Then complete an Event Partnership Form and turn it in to Becky Dolan or secure your partnership online.

5th Annual TLS Alumni Reunion

The 5th Annual TLS Alumni Reunion will be Saturday, January 25 at 4 p.m. in the Meadows Center Room. Come back and see the updates to Meadows, Woods and Cedars (formerly known as the Library Learning Center), and take in the changes under way on our campus as we prepare for the new multipurpose building. Of course, the most important reason to come back is to reconnect with your friends from the Little School community! If you have any photos or memorabilia from your time at TLS that you’re willing to make available for others to enjoy during the evening, please bring it with you. And for those who play an instrument, feel free to bring it along and join in during the Alumni Sing under the Covered Court. We'll have pizza, marshmallows, trivia, building tours and more. To help us plan for the event, an RSVP to is helpful, but not necessary. We like surprises, too, if that means we’ll get to see you!

PGA Night Out

The first one was so fun, we decided to do it again! All TLS parents/guardians are invited to the PGA Night Out, an adult-only evening of fun and connecting with our TLS community. We'll gather together on Saturday, February 1 from 7-9 p.m. in the large party room at Bellevue Brewing Company, 1820 130th Ave NE in Bellevue. The PGA will provide appetizers; please bring cash to pay for your own beverages on the group bill.

PGA Appreciation Lunch

The next Faculty/Staff Appreciation Lunch is coming up on Thursday, January 30. Sign up to show your appreciation through food or by helping with the setup and cleanup.
