A special event hosted by the Alumni Association Board, the New Alum Lunch is for Outgrowers and soon-to-be alums from our oldest classes.
The PGA would like to thank all of the tremendous volunteers who help to make The Little School a connected and caring community. TLS is a better place for our students and families because of your involvement and support, and we'd like to show our appreciation.
Please join us to celebrate a great year on Thursday, May 30 at 8:30 a.m. in the Schoolhouse, enjoying a light breakfast with a great bunch of volunteers. Hope to see you there!
Splash! has been rescheduled from May 31 to Wednesday, June 5. Send your child with a swimsuit and towel. Goggles and water shoes are great to bring as well.
The Little School's Pantry Packs Food Drive is this week. Each class will collect a specific category of food (e.g., canned main dish, pasta, etc.) in individual-sized portions, that can be easily prepared by children for simple weekend meals. Please do not send family-sized packages or fresh fruit or vegetables for this effort.
Families are welcome to contribute items from other categories in addition to their classroom category. Donations will be collected through Thursday.

We have a few family volunteer spots still available for Thursday afternoon. Adult volunteers are needed on Tuesday, May 14 as well to deliver the donation to Hopelink. To get involved, please sign up here. For questions, contact PGA Appreciations Officer Nicolette Hancock or Becky Dolan.
Next Wednesday, May 1 will be a big day at The Little School. We will kick-off spring in Little School fashion, and also kick-off the next chapter in The Little School story. We invite you to join us at 11 a.m. for the annual May Day Parade around the Big Field, led by Librarian Nancy Palmer. Students create festive hats, crowns, wands, signs and musical instruments that they wear or hold as they march. The parade lasts approximately 15-20 minutes and will be immediately followed by a celebration to launch the Campaign for a Big Future, the opportunity for us to build big futures together. We look forward to having you join us for this festive, celebratory morning!
At TLS a group of parents and guardians gather monthly to explore, understand and celebrate children’s neurodiversity. Neurodiversity is the idea that everyone’s brain works differently. Having different brains means sometimes things are hard, sometimes your child seems demanding and difficult, and sometimes you wonder what could possibly make things easier. If your brain craves connection with other parents, especially ones who know what you are going through, this group is for you. The next meeting will be on Thursday, April 18 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the LLC - note the different location for this month only. Come for coffee, tea and conversation. We’ll share our stories, celebrate our successes and discuss strategies and resources that have been beneficial. For more information, email Kary Kublin.
We will have school on Friday, March 15. It is a make-up day in response to the snow instead of a non-school day as indicated on our printed calendars.
Join us on the Big Field at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 7 as we spend a nice evening together sharing stories and saying fond farewells before we break for the summer. We will have tables and chairs, and tents if needed, but feel free to bring your own chairs and blankets as well.
· Please bring one dish to share that serves 8-10. Remember to label and take home any serving dishes or utensils you bring.
