PGA Night Out

The first one was so fun, we decided to do it again! All TLS parents/guardians are invited to the PGA Night Out, an adult-only evening of fun and connecting with our TLS community. We'll gather together on Saturday, February 1 from 7-9 p.m. in the large party room at Bellevue Brewing Company, 1820 130th Ave NE in Bellevue. The PGA will provide appetizers; please bring cash to pay for your own beverages on the group bill.

PGA Appreciation Lunch

The next Faculty/Staff Appreciation Lunch is coming up on Thursday, January 30. Sign up to show your appreciation through food or by helping with the setup and cleanup. Food can be dropped off on January 30 at morning Turnaround or at the Admin Building any time before 11 a.m. For questions, please email PGA Appreciations Officer Monica Cornette at pga@thelittleschool.org.

 

 

Hopelink Food Drive

The Little School PGA is partnering with Hopelink for a holiday food drive. We will be collecting food at the Turnaround and the church, December 9-13. With the very diverse background of people served by Hopelink, they tend to look for more general items, such as canned food. All food MUST be shelf stable and non-perishable. Some simple options are:

  • Canned meals (chili, ravioli, etc. – pop top preferred)
  • Canned meat (tuna, chicken, salmon)
  • Dry beans
  • Fruit (canned or dried)
  • Grains (pasta, rice, quinoa, barley, etc.)
  • Nut butters (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
  • Hearty soups and stews (pop top preferred)
  • Canned vegetables
  • Cereal and oatmeal
  • Healthy individually packaged snacks (granola bars, beef jerky, trail mix, etc.)

Woods & Cedars Community Connecting Coffee

Woods & Cedars families, let's gather together in the Meadows Building and share coffee and conversation, parent to parent, working to build connections right now and brainstorming about how else we can do to strengthen our community.
