The following Notices, Terms, Conditions and Policies govern the use of the The Little School (TLS) websites, network and services. By accessing or using the TLS website, network, or services, customers and users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Notices, Terms, Conditions and Policies. All TLS community members and users are responsible to regularly review these Notices, Terms, Conditions and Policies to determine the most current obligations and requirements.

Website Use Policy 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or using the TLS website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. 

Authorization of Use 

Any person is authorized to view the information, images, texts, documents and all other content posted on the TLS website for informational purposes only. TLS may modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting on the TLS website.  TLS reserves the right to restrict access to its website or the contents contained therein. All users are responsible to review regularly the contents of this Notice to determine the terms and conditions contained herein. 

TLS Community Members 

TLS community members may use the TLS website to access resources offered. If you provide personal information to TLS, TLS will use the information to fulfill your particular request and for other related business purposes. TLS may also use your information to send you additional information about TLS events and resources. If you provide TLS with credit card or other financial information so that payment can be processed for a conference or other event, TLS will only use that information to process your payment for the specific request. CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ARE NOT STORED.

Choice 

TLS provides information to website visitors if requested from TLS.  If you are a TLS family or community member, you may receive other materials from TLS.  If you do not wish to receive information, please inform TLS and you will be removed from the mailing list. 

Content Submission 

Certain areas of the TLS website provide for the exchange of information between the user and TLS. Any submission by the user becomes the property of TLS and the user, by submitting such content, represents that it holds title to and the right to use such content and grants TLS the right to use the content of those submissions in accordance with TLS’ privacy policy. In no event will TLS or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be held liable for its use of such content.

The information, images, texts, documents or contents appearing on the website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty implied by law. In no event shall the school or any of its affiliate companies or subsidiaries be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost data or profits), or any other damages whatsoever whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, under any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the images, text, documents, content and information. This information could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be periodically added to the information herein.

Some of the links appearing on the TLS website allow the user to access third party websites. Links to third party websites are provided for the user's convenience and information only. TLS has obtained permission to link to these sites, but TLS does not control and is not responsible for the content appearing on these sites. In no event will TLS or its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any damages suffered by user with regard to access to or use of such website or the contents contained therein.  TLS makes no representations to the user concerning these sites or about the material available at these sites and the fact that TLS makes these links available to the user is not an endorsement or recommendation to you by TLS of any of these sites or any material found there. The user is responsible to review and comply with the Notices, Terms, Conditions and Policies governing third party websites. 

Third Party Intellectual Property 

Individuals who believe that their intellectual property rights have been infringed by unauthorized use of their protected works appearing at the TLS website may contact TLS and request that the infringing materials be removed or that access to it be blocked.

The names, logos and taglines identifying TLS’ products and services are proprietary marks of TLS or its subsidiaries. Other trademarks appearing on TLS’ website may be owned by unaffiliated entities.
